I see the problem for Grok Imagine. The SuperGrok screen pop up isn't a bug. You HAVE to wait a couple more hours to generate again. The Rate Limit is still there, but it doesn't even TELL you anymore. Just generated a few videos. So, if you see this, you reached your rate limit.

@Community1357 I am hearing the paid version is not very good either. Heavy moderation and limits are in place. For my occasional video it was great.
