@WG_RumblePants @wozzajt We need a new mindset, not a new captain. Get rid of Key and McCullum. Re-educate Brook to be more circumspect, more like Root. I'd also drop Pope and probably Crawley too. I am not convinced about Smith either. He makes too many mistakes in my opinion.
