As the great Peter Snow might say, ‘Just a bit of fun, but here’s what it looks like if we apply the Iowa result to the whole country…’

ok hello everyone i need some help. we have 3 articles coming out soon, so i hope you'll excuse non-elections spam. 1) I have a navy blue, a gray, and a powder-blue suit. what goes best with brown dress shoes? 2) how do I pick a color for the tie, suit, and socks?
Lakshya Jain@lxeagle17

and yes, I will be wearing more formal attire this time around than a hoodie. I have been informed by certain more influential people in my life (my father) that just because I whine about suits being uncomfortable does not mean I get to skip wearing them.

Changes in electoral vote apportionment, giving more votes to growing Sun Belt states, mean results that would have produced a Dem win in 2020 no longer do. Even if she wins every other swing state, Kamala *has* to win one of PA, GA or NC. (Map 1: 2020, Map 2: 2024)

We’re moving to Camberwell / Oval next month. Anywhere in the area that’s worth checking out – eg, restaurants, pubs, shops, general sites of interest?

Mum arrived in Notting Hill with her Dad’s business in 1958 - the year before #NottingHillCarnival started. “The local people of North Kensington love it. It’s wonderful, friendly and joyous.”

The power of soap opera as a force for changing hearts and minds should never be underestimated ❤️

“Doctor said that my viral load is way down. And I am undetectable!” Tonight’s @bbceastenders is a huge moment for HIV awareness with Zack learning that, because of the daily medication he takes, HIV is undetectable in his blood and he #CantPassItOn. Look what it means to him!

British people sometimes find it strange or even unbelievable when I say that the UK seems to take climate change (as a global phenomenon, not in terms of its local effects) as or likely more seriously than essentially any other large country.
Luke Tryl@LukeTryl

Incredible chart from @jburnmurdoch in @FT which shows how extraordinary the UK’s climate consensus is. Working in an organisation that looks at polarisation in different countries I get to see how despite our problems, we’re relatively far less polarised. on.ft.com/3Dxxy1F
