It's ok to pine for this stuff, but remember, tacked on multiplayer modes are the sole reason why games like The Darkness and Spec Ops: The Line missed out on critical acclaim. They damaged their review scores quite considerably

Prey is one of those games where even an empty room feels suspicious. You walk in, stare at a mug for 5 seconds, then start questioning every single object in the place. I love when a game gets in your head this quickly.

It will remain the best adventure game for years to come

Surely the new engine they built for the remake with all its modern features would act as a good starting point then you scope accordingly to your budget building out existing features? The days of big teams is coming to an end - time to wear many hats.

Dishonored going viral is great and all, but can we also talk about Thick As Thieves? A brand new stealth-action heist game from the creators of Thief: Deadly Shadows and Deus Ex, dropping May 20th for FIVE DOLLARS. This thing deserves way more attention.
