@DaveHo1mes Promoted sides had a good run of games?no one had a better run bar arsenal away than us so not really buying that argument, but agree with rest
English

I hoped for more but this was the result I expected for a #NFFC team in transition coming off a big European game against a well rested, well drilled, very effective Bournemouth team.
I can take being beaten by a better team on the day but what seemed like a lack of desire and fight in the first half was really frustrating, that was addressed to an extent in the second half but Dyche will need to really hammer that message home this week that you can’t just turn up to these games and not compete at the same intensity.
After a really positive result and performance on Thursday the real issue was so many key players just not turning up, Sels has lost his swagger and even if the awarding of the corner was just plainly the wrong decision, he just can’t be beaten there, I haven’t seen enough to say if a foul should have been given on him, but you’d argue that for some teams any foul would have been “found” by the officials to mitigate a previous clearly incorrect decision, we just don’t get those at the minute.
The second goal is a farce with our midfield tackling each other and the defence failing to deal with the aftermath, then unfortunately it was game over.
Savona looked good in midweek but maybe watching a load of videos of Semenyo in the prematch meetings didn’t help him as he looked very uncomfortable throughout, his body language was poor when challenged by his team mates, but that could just be that he’s young and Italian, we’re going to need him to step up over the next few weeks.
Murillo and Williams were really off it which is rare but sums up the last few weeks, Anderson and Luiz struggled to get anywhere near the Bournemouth midfield and Gibbs-White was anonymous, even second half when he just needed to play off Awoniyi he went missing.
Hudson-Odoi did have a knee on knee clash early and from then on was very tentative, Ndoye tried hard but lacked quality, that Diakhaby-esqe touch should never be mentioned again.
Jesus never got going, and the only player to really come out of today with any credit was Awoniyi, he caused them problems and if we’d bothered to support him more could have got a goal and maybe tested them more towards the end.
Hutchinson was fighting a losing battle, Yates put himself about and Dominguez and Kalimuendo didn’t really have enough time to do anything significant.
This week of training will be massive as we need to pick up a couple of wins before the next international break to make sure we’re not adrift, the promoted teams have had a nice run of games to pick up points but should level off, we need to take advantage and push ourselves clear so we can hopefully be in a place to attack the second half of the season.
A big game at home can kick start our league season.

@LeesLogan Short memory you wudnt be supporting a premier league team if wasn't for him,so grow up and try wishing him well no matter who he's in charge of!

@Clarkey_No1 @ethanlamb01 Oh so under Cooper he'd lost his way but now it's no better under nuno the players need to take responsibility?please make what ur saying make sense
English

@ethanlamb01 It's all hindsight. Not too many complaints when we've had the wins. He's made mistakes, of course, but ultimately the players have to take some responsibility too.

Forest’s record in the last nine games of last season:
Wins: 3
Draws: 2
Defeats: 4
Would need a similar run this season, if not better given the points deduction.
However, I have no faith in the manager to galvanise the results we did at this stage last season.

Colin Fray has been Forest's most consistent performer for three decades. Week in, week out, he delivers in spectacular fashion and I fear a world without him commentating on our games. A true GOAT.

@Clarkey_No1 Explain him jogging after players who run past him,it's not about ability he clearly has that what about desire the most important thing
English

@PezKed Funny you say that not seen anyone slam Yates for doing exactly same for the fifth. Taking some time to get up to speed but he's got to be the holding player. He'll come good, just taking some time. Academy lads get 80+ average games for judgement so let's give him some time.
English

@Debs90181034 @WiggumCharm Jogging and not chasing runners, being weak on ball and aina laughing at full time is downing of tools
English

Disgusted with that. The decision to down tools and commit a mutiny is the most awful duplicitous shit I’ve ever seen.
Viva, Stevie Cooper. And thank you. For once in my life, it all felt like it meant something. From the bottom of my heart… it was so worthwhile.

I swear to Lord David Vaughan himself, if any of you lot force Cooper out before his time, you will never know peace in your lifetime.
Win together, lose together, and everything in between. No-one has ever made more sense for #nffc than him…
