@MieleUSA I believe I have called Miele customer support half a dozen times because of the defective vacuum Miele sent me. Now Miele says it will send a refund - but it will take up to 6 weeks (?!) - AND it is the wrong amount. Unacceptable.

@MieleUSA sent me a defective vacuum - manufactured with a gap between panels - and now customer service is not answering my request for help. Disappointing.

@MieleUSA first sent me a defective vacuum. Then Miele didn't answer my request for help. Now Miele is unresponsive on Twitter. With this level of customer service, would YOU recommend Miele to anyone?
