Our 7040 3.2 kW production 5 axis laser machine cutting free issue stainless steel spinnings. Each spun component arrives to us with the central cut out already machined in place. This gives us a safe and constant point to secure these on our cutting table! #lasercutting #ukmfg

Laser cut parts using oxygen post vibro-deburring. These will be used in the ‘Yellow goods sector’ so it's important that paint adhesion & overall protection from the elements is high. The process removes the ‘oxidised layer’ which could jeopardise the bond between the component.
