Complexity is fragility. Every layer you add, every process, every feature, is something that can break.

Revenue growth is the magnet. For capital. For talent. For customers. For acquirers. Everything compounds from it.

Short-term pressure is acute. It sharpens you. Long-term pressure is chronic. It depletes you. Most founders confuse the two.
