@jamierkennedy Minority opinion, but voted no. Rory may well be the best ever European golfer [seems likely he will pass Vardon's 7 majors & be the most successful too], but, to me, "greatest" has a legacy / impact / influence component. Right now, I'd still put him #2 to Seve in that regard.

@thwacknicklaus Also stamped "Tour Edition Ltd". Uncommon, if not rare. The offset isn't to everyone's taste.

@Miranthobe @Layemie001 Beyond dangerous. To call it stupid would be kind. It worked this time but it’s the sort of behaviour that will one day alter one. or both, of their lives permanently.

@Layemie001 Where I live, the occupational risks law is broken several times, you know?
No hard-toed shoes, no clothes on the upper body,...
Maybe where you live it's not necessary, but in the EU there are rules for your safety.
Even if you don't like it.

@jamierkennedy @TheMasters I have a university assignment due tomorrow (Monday 15 April 1996, Australian time). Fingers crossed for an uneventful round so I can concentrate on it.

Only four players in the history of @TheMasters have won wire-to-wire.
Greg Norman will have a chance to do that tomorrow.

@Djoko_UTD Criminally underrated: McEnroe 77 titles in each of singles and doubles. Stefan Edberg the only other open-era mens player to be #1 in both, and he has only 41 singles titles and 18 doubles titles, to Mac's 77 each.

@WG_RumblePants @BruvverEccles Bottle designed to be mounted in a bar, upside down, for shots. Randall's FC debut was 1971 btw.

Brett Kenny had an 8 - 4 winning advantage over Wally Lewis when selected as starting five-eighth for NSW

What is a completely useless piece of information that you will never forget for some reason?

@tds122 What if McEnroe still had Borg to push him? This is McEnroe’s face on hearing Borg had retired, aged just 25, in 1981. Neither won a major after the age of 25.

What if John McEnroe had competent umpires & lines people

@Djoko_UTD Borg not winning the USO. If he'd done so, particularly in 1976 or 1978, he might have played the AO [which was grass like Wimbledon], and gone for the career grand slam.

The greatness of Tiger Woods . Sportsmen who absolutely dominated their era ?
Woods
Bradman
Jordan
Jahangir Khan
Who else ?
Rick Gehman@RickRunGood
Scottie Scheffler could win his next 14 events in a row and would still be just short of Tiger Woods' career win rate. Collin Morikawa could win 31 in a row and he would still be short of Tiger.

@BestMovieMom High-end practical puppets, animatronics, clever camera tricks, AND a brilliant helicopter pilot called Charles A. (Chuck) Tamburro.
Jim Cameron (director's commentary): "You see this helicopter going under a freeway overpass? That's a helicopter going under a freeway overpass."

@suubsy Two of my all-time XI on that list.
No, Viv is not one of them.
