Something needs to be done about this! 😡 This video is a wake-up call on what Big Food is feeding us in America vs. what’s allowed in Europe: American strawberries go in salt water… and worms start crawling out. Pesticides banned in every European country couldn’t even kill them. American white bread floats like Styrofoam and turns to mush — loaded with potassium bromate, a known cancer-causer banned across Europe. American “cheese” doesn’t melt… it burns like plastic. In Europe it’s not even allowed to be called cheese. American gummy bears leak industrial dyes linked to kids’ behavior problems. Europe uses beet juice and carrot extract instead. We’re eating chemicals the rest of the world banned years ago. This isn’t food. It’s a toxic experiment.

Uh. No. We don't like hanging around with strangers. Ever walk into a near-empty restaurant and the waitress sits you right next to other people instead of giving you privacy elsewhere? How did that make you feel? How about if you're seated on an empty bus and a stranger sits with you in your seat? No. Humans need space. Strangers violate personal and intimate space. There's a reason for that. We don't like/trust strangers.

Elon Musk just told a story that should terrify every AI company on Earth. His son Saxon is autistic. Saxon couldn’t understand why the family went to restaurants. You can get the same food delivered. You can call your friends over. You can eat better at home for half the price. So why go? Musk: “He had an epiphany and said, ‘Oh, the reason people go to restaurants is to hang out with strangers.’” A kid who takes the world literally just decoded something the rest of us never thought to question. We like being around people we’ll never know. Look at what we already built. Delivery apps so you never wait in line. Remote work so you never share an office. Self-checkout so you never talk to a cashier. Every innovation of the last 20 years was a bet against human proximity. Every one paid off. Until it didn’t. Loneliness is now a public health emergency. Depression has doubled since the smartphone. The average American has fewer close friends than any generation in history. We didn’t remove friction. We removed the thing friction was hiding. Now look at what’s coming. AI agents that handle your emails. AI companions that replace your conversations. AI assistants that make every human interaction optional. Same playbook. Same bet. Except this time we’re not engineering out strangers. We’re engineering out humans entirely. The coffee shop where nobody knows your name. The subway where no one speaks. The restaurant where you’ll never see that couple again. Those aren’t failed connections. They’re the background radiation of belonging. We don’t just need people who know us. We need to exist in rooms full of people who don’t. That’s what a kid understood at a dinner table that billion-dollar companies still can’t grasp in a boardroom. We spent 20 years building a world you never have to show up to. AI is about to finish the job. And nothing it builds will ever replicate sitting in a room full of strangers and not feeling alone.

@RhiaMorrigan @SamaHoole Had a heart Dr. tell me i needed to start statens. I got a second opinion from a previous used heart Dr. he said no on the statens unless you have had a heart attack or have stints. Luckily, several friends said I would be an idiot to start statens, get a second opinion. I did.

Statins reduce your absolute risk of a heart attack, in primary prevention, by roughly 1% over five years. The relative risk reduction sounds like 25%. That's the number on the leaflet. The absolute reduction is the one that matters, and the absolute reduction is one person in a hundred avoiding one event over five years. 99 out of 100 take the drug for nothing. What those 99 do get, in exchange for the nothing, is a quiet menu of side effects the leaflet skims over. Muscle pain and weakness in roughly one in ten. Cognitive fog and memory problems that nobody quite measures because the patients are usually old enough to be told it's just ageing. Fatigue. Erectile dysfunction. A measurable rise in the risk of type 2 diabetes. Depleted CoQ10, depleted vitamin K2, depleted selenoproteins, because the drug blocks the enzyme that makes all of them, not just the cholesterol you came in to lower. 99 take the drug for no cardiovascular benefit. A meaningful chunk of those 99 walk away with a new condition the drug created on its way through. They don't tell you that on the leaflet either.

🚨 HOLY CRAP! President Trump just went NUCLEAR on Hussein Obama's generational betrayal in the Oval Office "Obama went the other way. He was giving Iran CASH. He sent plane loads of Boeing 757, took the seats out, and put green, green CASH, $1.7 billion in the plane!" "Every bank in Virginia, DC, and Maryland was stripped of their cash. They took out all the cash from the banks!" "They put it into a plane. A Boeing 757 packed with cash, and they flew it to Iran, and they let these guys just, I don't know what the HELL they did with it, but they took it, and then gave them billions and billions of dollars, and bribed them, basically, to be friends." "And after giving them tens of billions of dollars, they SCREWED Obama, okay? That's not the way we play." "No, we do it the old-fashioned way, and they should wave. They're very proud. Maybe you won't see a white flag, but essentially, that's already what they are."

The gunman who attempted to storm the White House Correspondents’ Dinner wrote a letter explaining his actions and accusing "Administration officials" broadly of various serious crimes. When Norah O'Donnell read this list of crimes to President Trump, he was offended. “I read the manifesto. You know, he's a sick person. But you should be ashamed of yourself reading that because I'm not any of those things,” he tells Norah O’Donnell during the 60 Minutes interview. cbsn.ws/4vT5tf6

5 Things Board Certified Cardiologist Dr Jack Wolfson Would NEVER Do: 1: Never tell people to avoid Eggs. Eggs are a multivitamin & phenomenally healthy. Cholesterol is healthy in every animal food. Don't believe the propaganda. 2: Never tell people to stop Coffee. Coffee is fantastic for Cardiovascular Health. Less AFib, less heart attacks, less strokes, people live longer. 3: Never tell people to eat Oatmeal. Oatmeal is pure propaganda. Oatmeal is not for human consumption. We do not need it & it's not part of our Ancestral Diet. 4: Never tell people to eat Low Fat. Fat is super healthy. Never follow any low fat recommendations. 1970s propaganda. Most Medical Doctors have no idea about nutrition. 5: Never tell people to see a traditional Doctor. Never see a Doctor who doesn't look for the cause. Always seek root cause healing & away from big pharma. Healthy Cholesterol Is Needed For A Thriving Life: Protects against chemicals, toxins & heavy metals. Prevents dementia & cognitive decline. Protects against all cause mortality. Production of all steroid hormones. Bone density & Osteoporosis prevention. Protective against stroke & heart disease. Important for lungs & airways. Building block of all cells & mitochondria. Absorption of Vitamins A, D, E & K. Critical for digestion & bile acids. Immune system protection against infections. Protection against bacteria, pathogens & viruses. Lowers risk of cancer & death. Lowers risk of depression & suicide. Lowers stress, cortisol & anxiety. Optimal brain is 60% fat & 25% cholesterol. A low carbohydrate diet prioritizing nutrient dense animal foods, eliminating harmful seed oils & excess sugar, provides the best healthy cholesterol profile. Incorporate Butter, Ghee, Tallow, Lard & Duck Fat into cooking & nutrient dense meals for vibrant thriving health & optimal brain function. This approach keeps Triglycerides low & HDL high, which is one of the best Biomarkers for Cardiac health. TG/HDL ratio optimally should be less than 1.5

2 Million Anti-Trump FBI Documents Found Hidden in Burn Bags | Frank Bergman, Slay News A massive trove of anti-Trump FBI records, potentially nearing 2 million pages, has been uncovered inside “burn bags” hidden inside a secure room at the Bureau’s headquarters. The discovery is raising serious questions about transparency and the handling of sensitive documents. The massive stash of records came to light through a federal lawsuit filed by political watchdog group Judicial Watch. Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton revealed details about the documents during a Newsmax interview. The documents, according to court filings, date back to the tenure of former FBI Director James Comey. The files are now the subject of an ongoing legal battle. Hidden Documents Stored in Secure Facility According to court filings in Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice, the records were found inside a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) at FBI headquarters. The FBI acknowledged that the materials are stored in multiple safes and could total between approximately 950,000 and 1.9 million pages. Officials said the documents include both older records tied to closed investigations and more recent files connected to special counsel matters. The agency stated it could take between 10 and 12 months to review and process the documents. The FBI added that additional time is required for classification checks and coordination with other agencies. Fitton, however, has not yet been granted access to the records themselves despite the ongoing lawsuit. Discovery Linked to Unprocessed Records The lawsuit stems from a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking documents referenced by former FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino. Bongino said the materials were discovered in bags and had not been entered into standard FBI recordkeeping systems. According to statements referenced in the filings, Bongino said some of the records may involve other intelligence agencies. As such, they would require coordination before any potential release. The legal request also seeks internal FBI communications and directives regarding how the documents were handled, including correspondence between senior officials. Oversight Efforts Add to Growing Concerns Lawmakers have also pointed to related findings uncovered through congressional oversight. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) referenced materials connected to the Durham investigation, including a declassified appendix and findings tied to earlier FBI investigative decisions surrounding the 2016 election. Those materials include references to surveillance applications and intelligence handling during that period. Court Orders Further Disclosure as Case Continues A federal court has ordered the FBI to provide additional details in upcoming filings, including the number of internal communications and directives tied to the records. The deadline for those disclosures is set for May 11, 2026. Judicial Watch had asked the court to require the FBI to complete its search within 60 days and establish a timeline for releasing responsive documents. The case adds to a broader series of legal efforts seeking transparency into FBI actions during high-profile investigations, including prior lawsuits related to the Crossfire Hurricane probe, FISA applications, and communications involving government officials. As the legal battle continues, the sheer volume of records, combined with the circumstances of their storage, has intensified scrutiny over how the FBI managed documents tied to some of the most politically sensitive investigations in recent history.
