Today Last Year, i tried taking my own Life. Last Year: -The Girl i used to Love back then Left me -One of my IRL Best Friends died to a Motorcycle Accident -Didn‘t have many Friends and was pretty much all Alone -Suffered from Heavy Panic Attacks -Barely got any Sleep cause of nightmares and Trauma. -Mom wasn‘t doing Well back then. -i didn‘t go outside cause of Anxiety -Alot of Health Issues Today: -i Found a Job im happy Working at -Got my Friendgroup that i talk to daily with and Enjoy Every Moment with them. -Im doing better with my Anxiety and Panic Attacks. -Found the Help that i needed (Therapy) -Currently Working on My Health Issues Still but its going to a Positive Direction. -Going outside with my Friends more and overcoming my Anxiety Step by Step. -Mother is doing Better then Last Year :) -Currently in a Healthy Relationship where im Happy with. -Driving my Dream Car :) So if you are Reading this, please if you are in a Dark Place right now and having bad thoughts, talk to somebody, there are alot of People who care and are Worried about you and Love You. There are Better and Brighter Days to come.
