It’s wild that a national team player with no ties or connection to the A-League is offering a counter narrative to the media supporting fans. Have heard or seen nothing from Stephen Conroy or ppl in positions of influence in the game doing anything similar. It’s not hard.

Football culture isn't the problem. It's misunderstood because it's multicultural. Not AFL? Must be dangerous. That's the mindset. This is what happens when the sport doesn't look like the rest of Australia's mainstream. Passion is seen as violence. Culture is seen as threat.
