@boden_jon @musescore Sorry to hear this. I’m curious - as an arranger, did you plan to arrange in jt or use to compose: a helpful which you probably know is if you download the xml files you can then put them into your arranging software of choice such as Sibelius and bypass muse all together

Hi @musescore I clicked to sign up for a free trial but somehow ended paying for a single payment annual subscription. I applied for a refund straight away but I’ve had no response, it’s over a week now. Could you at least tell me if you’re not going to refund?
