🚨 My new book is officially live on Amazon Kindle! AI in the Automotive Space is a practical dealer operating manual for using artificial intelligence to sell more vehicles, retain more customers, protect compliance, and build a dealer-owned AI ecosystem. This book was written for dealer principals, GMs, CMOs, marketing leaders, BDC teams, fixed-ops directors, F&I leaders, and anyone in automotive retail trying to understand how AI can actually be used inside real dealership operations. Inside, I break down AI for lead response, BDC workflows, website chat, text and voice agents, inventory intelligence, CRM follow-up, fixed ops, reputation management, co-op compliance, analytics, governance, and how to launch a 90-day AI pilot inside a dealership. This is not about replacing people. It is about giving dealership teams better systems, better data, better follow-up, better compliance discipline, and better ways to turn daily work into measurable action. The eBook is available now on Amazon Kindle. Softcover print edition coming next week. @kekkodamato_ Great point. Not all employees use all integrations. We have 600+ trained AI employees across 40 industries, with each employee using their own job-specific integrations. We just want to make sure that if an employee needs an integration, they have access to it.

@markwlamplugh Counterpoint: the fewer integrations an AI tool needs to be genuinely useful, the faster adoption happens. We kept Tonoreply laser-focused on email for exactly this reason — depth beats breadth when you're trying to earn user trust.

At some point, you have to stop shrinking yourself to fit places you’ve already outgrown. Knowing your worth is not arrogance. It is awareness. It is recognizing what you bring to the table. It is understanding the sacrifices you have made. It is remembering the work, the discipline, the loyalty, the pressure, the late nights, the setbacks, and the strength it took to keep going. There comes a time when you have to look around and ask yourself honestly: Am I being valued here? Am I growing here? Am I being respected here? Is this still aligned with who I am becoming? Because settling does not always look like failure. Sometimes settling looks comfortable. Sometimes it looks safe. Sometimes it looks like staying loyal to places, people, or situations that would never fight for you the same way you fought for them. But change becomes necessary when your peace, purpose, confidence, or potential are being compromised. You do not have to accept less just because you have survived less. You do not have to stay where you are tolerated when you are meant to be valued. You do not have to keep proving your worth to people who benefit from pretending not to see it. The next level of your life will require courage. Courage to walk away. Courage to raise your standards. Courage to believe that what you deserve is still possible. Courage to stop begging for rooms you were meant to own. Know your worth. Make the changes. Stop settling. And go get everything you have worked for, prayed for, and earned.

Sometimes we don’t lose people or opportunities because we didn’t care. We lose them because we got used to them. We get used to the person who shows up for us.The team member who always delivers. The customer who keeps coming back. The family waiting at home while we chase the next win.The relationship that keeps absorbing our stress. The business that keeps producing because we assume it always will. And that’s where the danger is. Because what you take for granted today may be the thing you beg to get back tomorrow. In business and in life, appreciation is not something you save for the funeral, the resignation letter, the lost customer, or the goodbye text. You show it while it’s still in front of you. You thank the people who believe in you before they feel invisible. You protect the relationships that matter before they start feeling optional. You treat every customer, every employee, every opportunity, and every person you love like they are not guaranteed. Because they aren’t. Success can make you busy. Pressure can make you distracted. Ambition can make you blind. But none of that excuses forgetting the people and things that helped you get where you are. The strongest leaders don’t just chase the next deal. They notice who is still standing beside them while they build. Don’t wait until something is gone to realize it was holding you together. Appreciate it now.Respect it now.Love it now.Lead with gratitude now. Because everything you have is either being built stronger by your attention — or slowly weakened by your neglect #Leadership #Motivation #Gratitude #DontTakeItForGranted #BusinessMindset RelationshipGoals PersonalGrowth LeadershipMatters SuccessMindset Appreciation MindsetShift LifeLessons ExecutiveLeadership EntrepreneurMindset EmotionalIntelligence LeadWithGratitude MarkLamplugh CMOLife BusinessAndLife NeverForgetWhatMatters

I’ve been quiet about this for a while, but I’m proud to start sharing more about what I’ve been building. ClawHire.ai is not just another AI tool. It is an AI Employee Marketplace built from the ground up to help businesses hire, deploy, and manage AI employees that can actually work across real business functions. These are not simple chatbots sitting on a website. Each AI employee can be built for a specific role, trained around a business function, connected into real workflows, and equipped with the tools needed to operate more like a real team member. ClawHire.ai is being designed so AI employees can: Have their own phone number Make and accept inbound and outbound calls Send and receive SMS/text messages Communicate with customers, leads, patients, applicants, or prospects Access their own browser Use the same websites, platforms, dashboards, portals, and programs a real employee would use Connect with Google Workspace Work across 522+ API integrations Support sales, marketing, customer service, admissions, HR, finance, operations, and more That is the bigger vision. Not just AI that answers questions. AI employees that can communicate, research, document, follow up, enter data, gather information, work inside systems, and help businesses operate around the clock. For example, I’m building an overnight admissions AI employee that can answer calls, gather insurance information, communicate by text, support admissions intake, and eventually help call and verify insurance benefits. That is where this becomes real. A business that normally loses calls after hours can now have an AI employee answering. A sales team can have AI employees following up with leads. A marketing department can have AI employees helping with content, campaigns, and reporting. An admissions team can have support overnight. A small business can build a workforce without needing to immediately hire a full staff. This project has taken months of work behind the scenes — strategy, architecture, marketplace structure, branding, pricing, integrations, workflows, launch planning, security planning, testing, rebuilding, and constantly refining the product. Every part of this has been built from scratch. The goal is simple but massive: Give businesses access to AI employees that can plug into the tools they already use and help them move faster, operate smarter, and scale more efficiently. ClawHire.ai is being built around technology, automation, communication, integrations, and security from day one — because if AI employees are going to work inside real businesses, they need to be built with structure, governance, privacy, and accountability. This has not been easy. There have been late nights, setbacks, technical challenges, moments of doubt, and plenty of times where I had to tear pieces apart and rebuild them better. But I believe in this. I believe AI employees are going to become a major part of the future workforce. And I believe ClawHire.ai can help make that future practical, usable, and accessible for businesses of all sizes. ClawHire.ai is coming soon. Built from the ground up. Powered by technology. Designed for real business workflows. Created to help companies hire AI employees for any business. #ClawHireAI #AIEmployees #AIWorkforce #AIMarketplace #ArtificialIntelligence #Automation #SaaS #Startup #BusinessAutomation #FutureOfWork #AIForBusiness #Entrepreneurship

Your profile is not just a page. M It is your storefront, your credibility check, your first impression, and sometimes the deciding factor before someone ever sends a message, books a call, watches your show, or buys from your brand. In marketing, attention gets you noticed. But trust gets people to act. That means every part of your digital presence has to work together: Your bio should clearly say who you help and why you matter. Your content should prove your expertise before you ever pitch. Your visuals should create instant recognition. Your message should be consistent across every platform. Your personal brand should feel like a real person, not a random collection of posts. The brands and people winning right now are not just posting more. They are showing up with clarity, consistency, authority, and proof. Because in today’s market, people do not just follow content. They follow confidence. They follow credibility. They follow the person or brand that breaks through the noise. Build the brand before you need the sale. #MarketingWhiz #StreetLevelMarketing #PersonalBranding #DigitalMarketing #MarketingStrategy #ContentMarketing #SocialMediaMarketing #BrandBuilding #EntrepreneurMindset #CMOLife #BusinessGrowth #BrandStrategy #MarketingTips #SocialMediaStrategy #ExecutiveBranding

Everybody wants the “secret” to better marketing. But most growth does not come from one magic trick. It comes from consistency, clarity, trust, and understanding what your customer actually cares about. At Tim Moran Auto Group, we do not just think about selling cars. We think about the full customer journey — the moment they first see us, the way they compare options, the trust they build through reviews, the experience they have online, and the confidence they feel when they finally make a decision. Marketing is not just about getting attention. It is about showing up consistently enough that when someone is ready to buy, your name is already the one they trust. Visibility gets you noticed. Consistency gets you remembered. Trust gets you chosen. — Mark Lamplugh CMO, Tim Moran Auto Group #MarketingLesson #AutomotiveMarketing #TimMoranAutoGroup #MarkLamplugh #CMO #MarketingStrategy #BrandBuilding #CustomerExperience #DigitalMarketing #AutoMarketing #BusinessGrowth #Leadership #TrustBasedMarketing #ContentMarketing #SalesAndMarketing #DealershipMarketing #WhenOthersCantTimMoranCan

🛑 The Most Powerful Sales Pitch? Tell Them They Can't Have It. If you want to see masterclass sales psychology in action, look no further than this classic scene. The salesman doesn’t push the premium PXG Proto golf club on the customer. Instead, he uses a technique known as The Takeaway (or Reverse Psychology). He tells the buyer: "I can't put a lot of people into this club... they just can't handle it." The immediate result? The customer’s ego kicks in. Suddenly, he isn't being sold to—he is fighting for the right to buy it. He has to prove he is good enough for the product. Here is the exact psychological breakdown of why this works: The Pattern Interrupt: Buyers are used to salespeople pushing the most expensive item. By pulling it away, you break their expected script and immediately grab their attention. The Challenge (Scarcity & Exclusivity): By implying the product is too advanced or exclusive, you trigger the buyer's desire for status. People want what they are told they cannot have. The Test Drive: The customer actually asks to try the product ("Come on, I'm here. Let me try it."). They are now convincing themselves. The Value Justification: Once the buyer is emotionally hooked and hits a great shot ("Mayor of Pound Town"), the salesman drops the premium price ($1,200). He immediately justifies it with high-value technical jargon to rationalize the emotional purchase. The Sweetener: He seals the deal by throwing in a box of premium golf balls "on the house," activating the law of reciprocity and making the customer feel like a VIP. 💡 How to use this in your business:You don't need to be selling golf clubs to use this. If you have a premium tier of your product or service, don't just offer it to everyone. Frame it as an exclusive option for a specific caliber of client. Make your prospects qualify themselves to you. When you stop chasing, they start pulling. #SalesPsychology #TheTakeaway #ReversePsychology #SalesTips #ClosingDeals #SalesTraining #BusinessGrowth #SalesStrategy #MasteringSales #Persuasion

Google just gave one of the clearest signals yet on AI Overviews, AI Mode, AEO, GEO, and “AI SEO.” And the message is simple: It’s still SEO. Google’s own guidance says its generative AI features are rooted in core Search ranking and quality systems. In other words, AI Overviews and AI Mode are not some totally separate game with a secret playbook. Myth: “You need a completely separate AEO or GEO strategy.” Reality: Google says optimizing for generative AI search is optimizing for the search experience — and that is still SEO. Myth: “AI search changed everything.” Reality: The fundamentals still matter most: • Helpful, reliable, people-first content • Strong technical SEO • Crawlable, indexable pages • Clear site structure • Useful information built around real customer intent • Non-commodity content that adds actual expertise, experience, or perspective Myth: “There is a magic file, markup, or schema hack for AI Overviews.” Reality: Google specifically says you do not need llms.txt files, special AI markup, AI text files, or chunked content to appear in generative AI search. Google also says structured data is not required for AI search, although it still belongs in a strong SEO strategy because it can help qualify pages for rich results. That matters for dealers. Because right now, a lot of vendors are trying to package AEO, GEO, and AI SEO as separate mystery products. Some are selling “AI visibility audits” that sound impressive but are really just surface-level reports. Others are website platforms suddenly claiming they have discovered a magical way to make your dealership visible in AI search. Be careful. The real playbook is not magic. It is discipline. Build better pages. Answer real customer questions. Make your site easy for Google to crawl. Keep your inventory, local business information, and content accurate. Create content that has actual experience behind it, not generic AI slop. Strengthen your authority. Improve the user experience. That is what Google is saying. AI search is evolving, but the foundation is not dead. SEO is not dead. Bad SEO is dead. And dealers should not fall for the banana in the tailpipe. — Mark Lamplugh Chief Marketing Officer | Host

Before you hire another person, ask one question: Is there a trained AI employee that could handle the first layer of this work? Lead follow-up. Customer support. Marketing content. Admin work. Review responses. Research. Reporting. Recruiting support. Email campaigns. Daily operations. A human hire may still be the right move. But businesses should not ignore the cost difference, the speed difference, and the ability to test AI capacity first. ClawHire AI gives businesses a way to add execution capacity without jumping straight into another payroll commitment. Your next hire might be AI. @elonmusk just defended America better than every politician in Washington combined. Musk: “After World War 2, the US could have basically taken over the world and any country. Like we got nukes, nobody else got nukes. We don’t even have to lose soldiers. Which country do you want?” One nation on earth held a weapon nobody else had. Total dominance. Zero competition. No risk of retaliation. Every empire in history that held that kind of advantage used it. Rome. The Mongols. The British. The Ottomans. They conquered until they collapsed. America had a bigger advantage than all of them combined. And it rebuilt the countries it just defeated. Musk: “The United States actually helped rebuild countries. So it helped rebuild Europe, it helped rebuild Japan. This is very unusual behavior, almost unprecedented.” Almost unprecedented? It had never happened before. Not once in 5,000 years of recorded history. The Marshall Plan wasn’t foreign aid. It was the most radical act of restraint any superpower ever committed. America turned its enemies into allies. Turned rubble into economies. Turned surrender into partnership. Germany went from ashes to the economic engine of Europe in a generation. Japan went from unconditional surrender to the third largest economy on earth. Three years after the war, America was flying food into Berlin. A city in the heart of the nation that just tried to destroy it. That’s not policy. That’s a civilization deciding what it is at the exact moment it has the power to be anything. You’re being told a story right now. That America is the villain of history. You hear it everywhere. Media. Universities. Social platforms. Musk: “There’s always like, well America’s done bad things. Well of course America’s done bad things, but one needs to look at the whole track record.” Every nation on earth has dark chapters. Every single one. The difference is what a country does when nobody can stop it. And when nobody could stop America, it fed its enemies and rebuilt their cities. Musk: “The history of China suggests that China is not acquisitive. Meaning they’re not going to go out and invade a whole bunch of countries.” Probably right. China has historically built walls, not fleets. But the real question isn’t about borders anymore. We’re approaching a moment that mirrors 1945 in ways nobody has fully processed yet. AI is going to give a handful of people a power advantage that makes nuclear monopoly look quaint. If someone is going to hold that kind of power, who do you want it to be? The country that conquered when it could? Or the one that rebuilt when it didn’t have to? Every alliance. Every trade route. Every economy. Billions lifted out of poverty. All of it traces back to one act of restraint that had never been done before. And carries no guarantee of being repeated. The most powerful thing America ever did wasn’t building the bomb. It was what it didn’t do after.
