Putobumbong is a traditional Filipino dessert made from purple glutinous rice steamed in bamboo tubes, resulting in slender, chewy, and vibrant purple rice cakes often topped with butter, coconut, and sugar ( filos nowadays discovered adding cheese and condensed milk as toppings)

long time no post but I'm back with another fan-art related content for @crypto_unicorns in Ph, when the "ber months" arrive, you can't miss out on Filipino Christmas delicacies like "Putobumbong" and "Bibingka." Those are the inspirations for the unicorns I created.

Bibingka is a Filipino rice cake known for its sweet, slightly dense texture, made from a mixture of rice flour, coconut milk, and sugar, often topped with salted duck eggs, cheese, and grated coconut. (I preferred one without the grated coconut) Best partnered with tea <3
