Taken after this mornings workout. Another year of trying to keep the fat off, and I’ve “mostly” 😂 achieved it. We all need a bit of surplus for winter warmth anyway don’t we 😂 For someone in their early 50’s I’m happy with my body, far from perfect but good enough. 😊

Didn’t win masses on this one….. BUT I went to the parade ring and it was the pick of the paddock for me.

Studying the form ahead of a day at the races. Taking my parents, sister and picnic to Ripon races, as part of my parents birthday presents. Have a fab Sunday all 😊

Was my partners 40th surprise birthday party last night, I did well to keep it a secret and she had no clue, she had a lovely time, I had a few comments from people which have made me contemplate a few things about myself and its put me back a bit with my MH

Came up on my memories: 17/05/2019 In the pub in Appleby, having JUST finished the Cumberland Way , we covered around 100 miles from Ravenglass to Appleby in 7 days. As you can see the weather was amazing as we traversed the Lake District, check my tan out 😂
