Taken after this mornings workout. Another year of trying to keep the fat off, and I’ve “mostly” 😂 achieved it. We all need a bit of surplus for winter warmth anyway don’t we 😂 For someone in their early 50’s I’m happy with my body, far from perfect but good enough. 😊

@MullersAgain A sizeable group of Boro fans ended up at a local football ground who opened the bar for them, good for both parties. Great fans you Boro lot….on the whole 😂

@EmmaHoyes1 My sentiments exactly Emma, why wait….in that time you can see so much, and we all know tomorrow isn’t guaranteed. I’m exactly the same as you, solo travel isn’t perfect but it can be damn good. Wishing you many more adventures 😊

I find myself often wishing I had someone to travel with, to share it with, but in the end it’s still better to travel, to see it anyway, than to stay at home waiting. And a bowl of pasta and a glass of wine in the Italian Novembre sunshine, is a beautiful thing indeed.

One of the nicest things I see daily on my Timeline is the interaction between a lot of the women I follow on here, lots of love and support always, no jealousy or hate just genuine appreciation of one another. ❤️

Refuelled the car at Fort William, now refuelling me 😂 There’s a lovely bespoke vegan friendly ( I’m not vegan but their places tend to do things right) in Fort William, I always call in when I’m up here.

MB lad was so excited about his first trip to Skye, he opted for beer over a latte and croissant. 🙈😂 No I haven’t got into Lego , If you know you know 😉 and if you don’t ask and I’ll tell you. 😊 I’m not the kind of guy who runs secret if you know you know clubs 😂
