A man came to my door and asked for me by my nickname, so I ignored it and asked him who he was. He said he worked for a parent company of my security company. He wanted to “update” my panel and check the batteries if my sensors. I said no. He said to let him know if I change my mind because he will be in the area until tomorrow. He didn't leave anything to contact him by. I called my security company, and they said they would never send someone out without an appointment. I made a police report, and now I'm reporting to you guys because this weirdness needs to be on record.
