@MarleySpoon seriously this is what you send as an onion at this price point? And when I report it in the app you just say thank you for the feedback? I had to go buy a red onion to make my recipe. And the red onions were even smaller.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have never had a meal service be so deceptive in their subscription model. Apparently cancelling isn’t enough, you’ll still get charged for meals you didn’t pick and no one will issue you a refund. Avoid @MarleySpoon

@krisvandesande De voorkeuren op basis van vlees of vis worden verdeeld over welk soort vis of vlees. Of je kan kiezen tussen eiwit+, vegetarisch, snel op tafel etc. Maar helaas kunnen we zoals aangegeven nog geen specifieke ingredienten uitsluiten. Hopelijk in de toekomst wel!

Er zijn 3 dingen waar ik geen fan van ben. Rucola, rode biet en feta. And somehow denkt @MarleySpoon na jaren klant te zijn dat dit recept iets voor mij zou zijn … ook al halen we consistent alle gerechten met die ingrediënten uit onze boxen 😅

@krisvandesande Dat is vervelend, dat begrijpen we goed. Helaas kunnen we (nog) geen specifieke gerechten uitsluiten op basis van eerdere keuzes. In je account kun je wel voorkeuren aangeven en daarnaast elke week zelf je gerechten selecteren. Zo houd je meer controle over wat er in je box zit.

I cancelled my order three minutes after sending it and you charged me for food I didn’t order and said I didn’t cancel in time. I have reported you to my AG and BBB.
