Penjual bensin pertalite eceran di tangkap Polisi: Pertalite disedot dari tangki motor, lalu di jual Rp11 ribu/liter sehari 70 liter itu tidak wajar Seorang pria berinisial SM, warga Magelang Selatan, diamankan oleh Satreskrim Polres Magelang Kota setelah kedapatan menimbun dan menjual kembali bensin pertalite. Dalam sehari, jumlah yang dikumpulkan bisa mencapai 70 liter, jumlah yang jelas tidak wajar. Modusnya sederhana namun lic!k: BBM yang sudah masuk ke tangki motor disedot kembali menggunakan selang, lalu dipindahkan ke jerigen dan galon untuk disimpan di rumah. Dari penggerebekan, polisi menemukan sejumlah jerigen berisi BBM yang siap dijual kembali. SM mengaku menjual pertalite tersebut secara eceran maupun kepada pihak tertentu dengan harga sekitar Rp11.000 per liter. Dari praktik ilegal ini, ia meraup keuntungan pribadi, namun sekaligus merugikan masyarakat dan mengganggu distribusi BBM subsidi. Atas perbuatannya, SM dijerat Pasal 55 UU Nomor 22 Tahun 2001 tentang Minyak dan Gas Bumi yang telah diperbarui melalui UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja. Ia terancam hukuman maksimal enam tahun penjara. Polres Magelang Kota menegaskan komitmennya untuk menindak tegas segala bentuk pelanggaran hukum. Pengawasan di SPBU kini diperketat agar distribusi BBM tetap aman dan terkendali
