My wife cheated on me with a former colleague. Their affair cost them both their jobs after his wife confronted them at work. The years that followed were chaos. We separated, reconciled, separated again, and somehow stayed married. That was nine years ago. Last week, we unexpectedly ran into him. It was awkward. I saw my wife blush. She smiled at him, almost as if she was happy to see him again. In that moment, I realized I had never truly healed. It felt like the wound had been ripped open all over again. Every bit of pain came rushing back. We fought that night. I was consumed by anger, humiliation, and resentment. I felt like a fool for staying with a woman who blushed at the sight of the man she cheated on me with, even after 9 years. I realized how deeply her betrayal damaged me and how much it still affects me. I hate her all over again. And I hate myself all over again. What can I do? What should I do? Do I even need to do anything?I'm confused. I'm hurt. And I'm angry all over again. ---From my DM, please share your advice for this guy.

A man who’s 40 has great chances of finding a wife. A woman who’s 40 has low chances of finding a husband. Time is a man’s greatest ally, and a woman’s worst enemy.

Men its really easy to choose a wife, you just have to start by sorting out the bad ones; - Women who like to party and drink - Women who have many male friends - Women who have been raised in broken homes - Women covered in tattoos - Feminists - Women who seek validation on social media Once you remove those ones you have a small pool of women to choose from. It is rare to find one, but once you do, you have already found a wife

- You don't get to choose your father - You don't choose you mother - You don't choose your sisters and brother - You don't choose your relatives You only get to choose your wife, but most of you still choose wrong. I am convinced that if we were to choose all our relatives, most of you would have chosen wrong. You are so poor at making decisions.

If a girl turns you down, but you still want her thinking about you, the best move is to play the sympathy card.Make her feel a little bad for rejecting you. Something like, "Honestly, I actually thought you were into me.The way you were giving me attention and looking out for me, it really felt like there was something there. Maybe I just read it wrong, and that's cool." That usually makes her feel a bit guilty, but don't stop there. Next, you hit her with a little fear of losing you.Keep it chill though; "Truth is, I wasn't even totally sure how I felt either. But the way you treat people is rare, and I genuinely respect that.Maybe it's better we just stay friends. At least now everything's clear, so we can both walk away without any weirdness." That's it. The whole thing makes her go, "Damn, he's actually a good guy, and I kinda feel bad." And that little guilt, plus the idea of you pulling away, is what gets her second-guessing the rejection. Try this, it works everytime.

I cheated on my husband, and I was the one who confessed. The guilt was overwhelming. I hated myself for what I had done to him, our children, and the life we had built together. When he said he forgave me and wanted me to come home, I believed we could rebuild our marriage. Instead, everything unraveled. He became consumed by anger and resentment. He would wake me in the middle of the night just to call me names. He would scream at me for hours and remind me of every detail of my betrayal. Every. Single. Detail. I accepted it because I believed I deserved it. For years, I walked on eggshells. I did everything I could to make up for what I had done, hoping that one day he would find peace. But he couldn't. The affair had broken something inside him that neither of us could fix. Seven years passed before we finally separated. If I could tell every woman one thing, it would be this: Don't cheat on your husband. And if you already have, understand that going back doesn't always mean healing. Sometimes, it only prolongs the pain for both of you. --- From my Dm, very good advice for women.

Women don't fall in love with good men.Ask any girl about the guy she misses. It is never the guy who bought her flowers. It isn't the man who answered every single text. It isn't the guy who didn't cheat. It's the guy who disappeared for days on end, the guy with an abundance in his life, the man who made her compete. There's three things that women confuse with love: status, scarcity, and uncertainty. The dark triad guy creates obsession. Years later, she's still talking about the exact same ex because the man with the most options leaves the deepest imprint on her.Her friends call him toxic. She secretly calls him unforgettable. when dealinv with women, never be nice to them they will forget you quickly.

You know why marriages used to work and they don't now? 25 years ago we weren't texting our exes at 2am. We weren't sending sxy selfies to friends of the opposite sx. We weren't texting 50 people in our phone instead of cuddling on the couch with our partner. We didn't have our next "option" lined up the second something didn't go EXACTLY the way we wanted in our relationship. We worked on problems and communicated with our partners instead of posting about issues on social media so everyone could put their two cents in. You want things to work? Stop making your partner compete for your love.

Women love to say men only care about sex, but if that's true, who have all these women been sleeping with?Zero women today are virgins. And half the men are virgins. Women aren't sleeping with most men. They're sharing the exact same top five percent of men. Somebody's math isn't adding up.

Did you know that approximately 62% to 74% of married people report being "very happy" with their marriages, according to data from major sources like the General Social Survey (NORC). Overall, about 80% to 90% of people in marriages express general satisfaction, while only a small minority report being actively unhappy. SO ... happily married people need to speak louder because sometimes the internet makes marriage look like a horror story.

6. They become roommates instead of partners. They sleep in the same bed, eat at the same table, raise the same children. But emotionally, they’re living separate lives. They stop checking on each other, laughing together. And sharing dreams. The marriage becomes functional instead of joyful. And emotional distance quietly replaces emotional intimacy.
