@CynicalPublius I love suno! Used it to make several songs. This is the one I did as a tribute to Charlie Kirk. I also made one as a tribute to my late father-law and it was played at his memorial.

OK I'm kind of stunned how AI can make anything sound like a song. I loaded my pinned post and this spit out. Excuse me please if I'm like a kid with a new toy for just a little bit. ".....sooooooooyyy latte...."🤣

Sounds like an echo chamber. The vast majority of my conservative friends all support the action. Conversely, from the naysayers on both sides, I have yet to hear alternate solutions. Instead, everyone’s a critic. How about giving President Trump credit for taking action instead of practicing yet more appeasement and “negotiating” with terrorists?

The pro war side can dismiss this all they want. Go ahead. All I can tell you is that I personally know multiple VERY conservative lifelong Republicans voters who are so furious and feel so betrayed that they’re planning to sit out the midterms. I don’t think that’s the right move and don’t encourage it. But this is something I’m hearing pretty often. People are pissed. Maybe that doesn’t show up on this site. Maybe it doesn’t show up yet in the polls. But it’s real. Go talk to people. Actual human people.

I’ve never seen such a disconnect between the commentary on this site and what I hear in the real world. I’ve talked to dozens of normal conservatives in real life about the Iran War and I haven’t met a single one who’s actually enthusiastically in favor of it. At best they’re warily optimistic. In most cases they’re opposed. In some cases they’re not only opposed but deeply furious. And yet here if you utter a word of criticism about the war you’ll be shouted down by throngs of alleged American conservatives who allegedly have wanted nothing more than for America to go to war with Iran. It just doesn’t reflect what I see on the ground. That’s not just cope because my position is unpopular with “my side.” I’ve held plenty of unpopular positions. I really don’t care. But in this case the social media vs real world divide is stark and unlike anything I’ve seen before.

Did you know that Shingles incidence doubled after Chicken Pox vaccine was introduced in 1995 (**though makers insist there's no relationship)? Wouldn't it be something if Chicken Pox vaccine increases risk for Shingles in others thru shedding of the live vaccine virus or other means? And then, wouldn't it be something if the same company that invented the Chicken Pox vaccine (that allegedly was part of increasing Shingles incidence) later invented the Shingles vaccine...also using live virus? And then, wouldn't it be something if nearly 2,000 lawsuits claimed that Shingles vaccine actually gave some people Shingles, or a more severe, painful, or treatment-resistant form of Shingles? So: the same company that invented Chicken Pox vaccine would then have profited on the other end by forcing the "need" for Shingles vaccine. That Shingles vaccine was pulled from the market in 2020 due to a "more effective" Shingles vaccine being approved.

Warmonger Pete desperately trying to gaslight you into thinking that World War Trump is going great, and the ONLY problem is that the anti-Trump media doesn't see it that way. The failing war is not the problem, the 13 dead soldiers aren't the problem, the 178 dead schoolkids are not the problem, the request for $200 billion more is not the problem, the media is the problem. @SecWar

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent
By publishing this explicitly false story, the @FT has officially become tabloid trash for market participants. Despite my direct, on-the-record denial of ever having advocated, explored, or espoused the idea that Chancellor-Bank of England statute serving as a prototype for a Treasury-Federal Reserve relationship, FT journalists manufactured a story with the headline, “Scott Bessent praised Bank of England as model for tighter oversight of the Federal Reserve.” These pathetic journalists have clearly fabricated a story to give the impression that both I and the Trump Administration are setting “about restructuring the relationship… at a time when President Donald Trump has launched an unprecedented assault on the world’s most important central bank.” Their mendacious assertion is based on vague statements from unnamed “financial industry executives familiar with the matter.” In short, FT has literally manufactured an entirely fake policy position for me and the Administration. Other than furthering a maliciously false narrative of dysfunction and divisiveness, it baffles the mind as to why they would shred their already diminished journalistic credibility. Over the past 10 years, I have written more than 20,000 words opining on the Federal Reserve decisions, personnel, structure, and modifications. Nowhere have I ever mentioned this ridiculous notion. The Governor’s letters to the Chancellor have proven to be a useless and perfunctory device. There is much to be said about the storied Bank of England, but any recreation of its operating framework on this side of the Atlantic has never been contemplated. The shameful journalists and editors at the FT are shocking in their meretriciousness, lack of standards, and general intellectual libertinism. It is the worst tradition of Fleet Street to manufacture news rather than report on it. They have brought irredeemable shame to their parent organization, Nikkei Inc., with whom I had previously held excellent relations. In 2025, I laid out a comprehensive 6,000+ word review of each and every policy reform that I believe should be adopted by the Federal Reserve. The SAVE Act, as much as I think that it is a reasonable bill, probably won’t pass the Senate. Most Democrats claim that they support Voter ID, but not the other stated provisions in the bill. Republicans would be smart to call their bluff and break the bill up into separate ones, then put each piece up for a vote individually.

President Trump spent the last 14 months mocking and insulting the nations of Europe and NATO, and now when he needs their help, they are not coming to his aid. This is a catastrophic failure of leadership. france24.com/en/live-news/2…

When you realize that most “influencers” - left, right, or center - are dopamine addicts without any principles, who seek attention the way a junkie craves heroin, you’ll move on and find better heroes.

The “right-wing” feuds on this app lately couldn’t be less interesting or entertaining to me. They all seem so fake and orchestrated, designed to help each other get clicks and views. Very boring stuff!

@AlexBerenson Simple. The markets don’t care because they are based on fear and greed. Buy the rumor. Sell the news. The whales in the markets make money both ways. They don’t care who wins or loses. You’re welcome.
