Obviously that goes with a combo. In game you can activate parental controll (protected by pin or password). If activated, you can only join server that opted in to the reporting system. Done. Everybody gets what they want.

I can only really beg you.

At the end of this Minecraft Now they showed off Spongebob DLC for Minecraft Bedrock. One of the main characters is a starfish named Patrick who, quite literally, lives under a rock.

So in minecraft bedrocks program files, you can find a document which lists all the words which are censored. Here's a small little sample of the 977 words microsoft censors...
You can actually delete this file if you take ownership of the entire folder.

@MichaeljSpence8 @MinecraftGuy178 @phaithful1423 @AntVenom They sorta can, but you can mod the client to send almost anything in the report so long as it can be cryptographically verified, which isn't hard so long as you only change your own messages to make others seem offensive around you

Not a fan of the new Minecraft chat reporting. Officially the end of free speech in Minecraft servers. And for the servers that have chat rules, I guess Microsoft no longer trusts the owners to moderate their own chat. minecraft.net/en-us/article/…

Very worrying, I knew when I saw the realms chat changes last week that this wouldn't be the end of it.
Minecraft does not need chat reporting mojang, leave it alone.

We really need communication from Mojang on the chat moderation upcoming in 1.19.1. Things like how moderation will work? What safeguards are in place to prevent false reports? Who/what will be reviewing the reports? How appeals will work?

Please, @AntVenom, @ibxtoycat, @dreamwastaken, someone make a video to make people aware of the new chat reporting system in Minecraft! This is not good! @Minecraft and @Microsoft shouldn't go through with this!

Java is not bedrock. Java community does not need this.
This should only apply to realms If anything.
Stay the heck away from our private servers. FAR AWAY.
This is a horrible decision.

Server owners need info now, to prepare. I am actually incredibly mad about this. Such a change to Jave MC, and you have the balls to literally drop it as a patch note with ZERO communication before. How is this even possible? How would nobody think of this?

We need a full run down on the whole "chat reporting/player banning" shenanigans RIGHT NOW. What is it with your communication with the community lately @Mojang @Microsoft ? Such a drastic change needs MORE COMMUNICATION than a foot note in a pre-release. Come on guys....

@grayhairgaming Right, but my question is if none of the lead lap cars finish, do we need to wait for the lapped cars to unlap themselves before THEY can take the win? I think it's obvious in this hypothetical none of the lead-lap cars would win if they can't finish
