Mississippi is mourning the loss of Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Jimerson who was killed in the line of duty last night.
Deputy Jimerson was a hero who bravely sacrificed his life while protecting and serving others.
Our entire state is praying for Deputy Jimerson’s family, friends, and everyone at the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department.
We will never forget him.

Pennsylvania State Police are mourning the loss of beloved K9 Senna, a highly respected police dog whose work helped seize more than $18.6 million worth of illegal narcotics.
In announcing Senna's passing, the department said the K9 died peacefully at home and paid tribute to the dog's dependable service, relentless work ethic and major impact in the fight against drugs. 🐾🫡
