@philpem I mean regardless of what permissions MAY be used for. There's always a risk of having it not do the intended thing and collect.

@marsyeen I can't think of any reason it'd need Contacts/Accounts, that's a WTF for me. Photos+Videos is fairly obvious. Android 12 moved Bluetooth into Nearby Devices, and prior to that it was bundled into Location because nearby BT/WiFi devices could be used to infer someone's location.
