@Fly_Norwegian stuck at Orlando airport for a second day after fault with the aircraft. No customer service to be seen just like yesterday! Delayed on the way out too by four hours because of a problem with the aircraft!!

@FlyNorwegan said they found my luggage & confirmed it was on the next flight to London. Flight arrived hours ago and they confirmed that it never got here AGAIN!!!!!!! @FlyNorwegianNO how is this possible. @Never_Norwegian is right!

@Fly_Norwegian Direct flight from NY to London and you lost my luggage. Everyone I checked in with got their luggage except for me. I waited patiently to arrive on the next flight from NY and it was again not delivered. How is this possible ?
