Die Silbermedaille im U23 Rennen in Kigali von Jan Huber zeigt, dass man ohne je in einem Kader von Swiss Cycling gestanden zu haben, sehr erfolgreich an einer WM sein kann. Das familiäre Umfeld ist eben wichtiger als Engine-Tests und Klötzliparcour! Bravo Jan 👍

Power at heartrate coresponding to LT2 over the last 3 years. Using 60day and 21 day average for long term development trend. Long term is up 27w from 270w to 297w but if we look at short term power is around 315w (which means the curve and thus performance is still rising). Long term curve has quite a big lag and has smaller dips and rise to get rid of daily/weekly variations. We have seen a good jump in his performance this season. Critical power last year was around 300-305w and this year it's about 325-330w. But nice to see how athletes improve over time!
