@UtdXclusive Regardless of anything the media have to say Amorim is a far better manager than Michael Carrick will ever be.
English

🚨 NEW: Amorim and Carrick have adopted very different approaches with their support of the academy. Carrick attended City's academy to watch his son on Saturday, but he has made an effort to show support for the youth system since his appointment.
Amorim once strolled over to a pitch at Carrington to watch some of an Under-21 match that was already underway. The club grabbed the opportunity with both hands, and MUTV's cameras caught Amorim on the sidelines, but he never properly attended an academy fixture.
The lack of academy support from Amorim didn't go unnoticed. It was not a good look, and his commitment to the club's players was thrown further into doubt when he suggested Harry Amass was "struggling" on loan in the Championship and pointed to Obi not starting every game for the Under-21s.

@powsney @jonmikesav8 Agree Adam. However, looking ahead, we have a fabulous group of young guns emerging in true United tradition
English

@jonmikesav8 Our defence is shot. Only chance of a win is if we play on our front foot and attack and defend from the front, which itself would make us vulnerable on the counter. As a couple others have said I can see this going one of two ways. Narrow win for us or the unthinkable.

@Cantona_Collars He is yet another young red that is ready to blossom

@UtdHeisenberg_ Maybe but it’s Liverpool next in the cup and City in the league so let’s not get too excited too soon
English

@mark_robinson_ Totally my thoughts too. To raise a hand or hands to someone’s neck in such a way deserved a red card.

@UtdBeforFergie Such a cruel and premature end to the what would surely have been an amazing career

Duncan Edwards fought the bravest of fights but even his powerful frame couldn't help him and 15 days after the crash, he finally succumbed to his injuries on the 21st February 1958. A very sad loss for United and english football 🙏😢 #mufc

@UtdBeforFergie A real hero and an excellent keeper too. If I’m correct he was voted best keeper at the 58 World Cup
English

Heroism isn't a word you normally associate with football however through the smoke and flames of the crashed plane, a real life superman emerged and his name is Harry Gregg #mufc

🇾🇪 Remembering Mark Jones 🇾🇪
🔴 We reflect with heavy hearts on Mark Jones, who passed away at just 24 years old in the aftermath of Munich.
⚪️ Though Jones' dream was devastatingly truncated after just 151 appearances, his steadfast spirit alongside fellow Busby Babes endures.
⚫️ We may wonder 'what if?' but more importantly, we pay respects to a Busby Babe who played every match with his whole heart
Gone far too soon, but forever in our hearts 🌹⚪️⚫️
