If you want the best search engine c.1998, do you back the "experienced" CTO of @IBM, or 2 #PhD founders out of @Stanford building a startup w/ the goofy name @Google? #innovation often comes from those who are not yet 'world-leading', but soon will be. "Experience" you can hire.
