@potterybarn Apathetic customer service too “nothing can be done” to resolve our issue. Something can always be done. You just don’t care after you’ve been paid.
@potterybarn COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. After waiting a month for an “in-stock” bedroom set we receive a call an HOUR prior delivery that we won’t be receiving our bed because the warehouse couldn’t find the railings and it will have to be reordered if they can’t be located!
It’s nice to know some companies still stand by their products. @Bornshoes replaced a pair of clogs *for free* because the sole cracked. Never asked them to replace them, just asked if they could be fixed. Thank you @Bornshoes, your customer service is the best
