ICPAN Confers Haske, NASENI’s Finance Director with Doctorate Award
The Institute of Corporate & Public Administrators of Nigeria (ICPAN) has conferred the Director of Finance, National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (@NASENIHQ ), Jibrin Rajab Haske with honorary doctorate award.
The glamorous event which held Saturday, September 7, 2024, at the Merit House, Maitama, Abuja, was graced by some members of management and staff of the Agency who celebrated with him.
Dr. Haske and 15 prominent Nigerians from various fields of endeavours were conferred with honorary doctorate awards while 15 others were conferred with Fellowship for their managerial and leadership contributions in the public and private sectors of the economy. Two others were admitted full members of ICPAN.
The National President, ICPAN, Prof. Damian Opata who conducted the investiture ceremony, charged the awardees to be good ambassadors and to maintain the ethos of the institute in their fields.
Dr. Haske in a chat with NASENIWatch, the Agency’s communication organ after the conferment, said he was elated and promised to continue to give his best. “I am highly elated. This award is a testament and recognition of our moderate contributions at the Agency. I thank the EVC/CEO of NASENI, Mr. Khalil Suleiman Halilu and all the staff for their supports.”
Earlier in his welcome remarks, the Director-General of ICPAN, HRH Igwe Prof. Sir V.C. Onah congratulated the awardees, fellows and full members and distinguished guests for identifying with the institute in her efforts to promote professionalism.
Also, the National Vice President of ICPAN, Prof. Olumuyiwa Afiprisoro delivered a paper at the event with the theme: Regional Policing & Crime Reduction in Nigeria.
