2) Hydration. I'm not sure how this works, but I drink 2-3L of water every day and A LOT of Gatorade Zero. I don't drink anything that has calories or sugar. Sodas only have zero.

On my cheat day, I allow myself to eat around 900 calories of fast food/fries/etc. I make sure to wash it all down with 1 liter of water.

1) Reduce body fat. I lost about 9 kilos between these two photos. But does what you eat matter? I don't eat anything high in sodium more than once a week. Fast food is only for cheat days, once a month.
