@asmartbear One point that I don’t see brought up, or at least not the neuroscience of it, is that 80%+ of our perceived reality is generated from subconscious based on prior exp. We cannot control in the moment but can convo with sub-c about future desired thoughts

Regardless of your POV on meditation, one interesting thing that 100% of people discover, is that you don’t control your thoughts. You try not to have them, and they come anyway. If you don’t control your own mind, what do you control?

Do you want to work on this company for the next 10 years? Even if you think the answer is yes, you really don’t know how your future self will feel in even five years. Think about what you thought was important before or after college or before or after having kids. Some things you can’t know to until you do them.
