What do you think about this rule? I think it would increase female participation in the sport and pave way for women to compete for positions.

The FIFA Council has brought in a new rule that every team in FIFA's women's football tournaments must have at least two female staff members on the bench, with at least one in an assistant or head coach role The requirements will come into force during the Under-17s and Under-20s Women's World Cups and the 2026 Women's Champions Cup.
