As a lorry driver only contracted to 40 hours a week AS STANDARD. (For employers benefit, if I'm unable to work i don't get payed. I get minimum sickness pay. ONLY AFTER not working for over five days which is £118 per week. . If i take holidays my holiday pay is based on 40 hours. The minimum I work is between 50 to sixty and sometimes over 65 hours per week and get hit with tax . So I get minimum holiday pay and minimum sickness pay .AND is taxed heavily on usually and mostly compulsory over time ... and you wonder why hard working people anything country are sick of getting taxed to the hilt to pay for lazy and mostly ILLEGAL sponging leaches
