I so proud today passing my grading to 7th Dan Blackbelt at the British Taekwondo Dan Grading weekend in Manchester. This makes me the 1st, 7th Dan WT Welsh person to achieve this honour. Absolutely buzzing as it so overdue lol. Thank you to everyone for their support 🙏🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
