@AirCanada we've had a flight cancelled because of your strike on 08/18. You reimbursed the flight but now I was trying to open a claim for compensation for the out of pocket expenses we had to pay. Unfortunately your system say that I'm not eligible for that. What can I do?

Yesterday I changed my mind about the WORSE #AIRLINE EVER, that is now… @airfrance . In 12 hours they managed to delay my #flight twice, deny me boarding because they had sold my flight BEFORE my gate closed (and even if I arrived on time), and lose one piece of my luggage.
