It's Dragons Den week at Venture and today it the presentation stage. Amazed by our young people, how they have worked as teams and the innovation they have shown. Not sure if B will get his Lambo just yet, but everyone should be proud of their achievements😍 @BBCDragonsDen

We have activities and visits planned in the coming weeks. Please remind your child to bring a sun hat, cold drinks and suncream each day. If your child if doing a water based activity such as kayaking, a change of clothes is also a good idea.

We are very proud of how are pupils are managing their exams and the brilliant learning behaviours that they are displaying under exam conditions. Well done everyone 👍

Tubman class this week have been making plans for planting out their new raised beds....the question is will they eat all the veg they grow??

Training day for staff at Venture and today's foci are: Sensory needs, support and supervision and Sequencing across our curriculum. Hope our pupils are having a good day. 👍

We are always amazed by the talents and skills of our pupils. B has been using art as a way to de-stress. She's really proud of how her technique has improved over a short space of time and so she should be. Always happy to share the great work of our young people.

Today 3 classes visited a local church as part of RE week. They were wonderful ambassadors for our school and in amongst the things they discovered there; in the visitors book was a letter from a gentleman who has been a pupil at River House school some 63 years ago. Serendipity?

An honour for our pupils to be invited to the Henley in Arden Remembrance Service at the memorial today to lay our wreath paid for with a donation to the Royal British Legion. Our pupils behaved impeccably and showed their respect for those lost to war. #ventureproud 💜
