Did any “journalist” have the guts to ask the bleeding obvious: Did you breath test him after the game? Did you drug test him? If not, why not? Follow up question: Why did you rush him out of the MCG before independent doctors and drug testers could assess him?
Mitch Cleary@cleary_mitch

Biggest admission from Graham Wright press conference is that the club knew Elijah Hollands was struggling in-game. Question now turns to why he played 9mins of Q4… at a minimum. Something Wright couldn’t answer and something he says the ensuing investigation will uncover.

Are there 10 better players in the AFL right now than Kozzie Pickett? Becoming a scarily complete player. #AFLDonsDees

I’m not trading the man who’s put his body on the line for years. Better midfield mix and more dynamism around him? Yes. All that can be acquired without losing him. The contested game is still needed. Go get a more balanced midfield so his skill set is more efficiently used.
Fox Footy@FOXFOOTY

"There's a serious question of whether they can trade (Patrick) Cripps out, get draft picks in, and it's a win-win" With Carlton sliding further down the ladder, must they consider trading captain Patrick Cripps at the end of the season? #OnTheCouch

Carlton did the most anti-Carlton thing last year in August backing Voss to see out his contract. It almost felt like they wanted to shake the ‘Carlton just sack coaches’ optics tag. In ironic hindsight, the best option was probably sack the coach and move on.

Incredible. They led by four goals at three quarter time again. Conceded seven goals in the final term again. Would be surprising if Voss survives the week, sadly. #AFLNorthBlues

If I were Voss I’d get all the players, Wright, Priestley et al in the rooms and say we need to have it out. ‘What’s the issue?’ type stuff. And then add, ‘if it’s me, if you think it’s me, I’ll walk right now.’ Because this is untenable. #AFLNorthBlues

@NicNegrepontis There’s no conversation required about the club. We have to sit by and watch it hit rock bottom. It’s not there yet.

@The_PrenderCast On the flip side. Blues finish bottom 3. Secure Walker and start fresh next year, like they should have this year. I’m sure that was always the plan. 😂

Keeping an eye on both the twos and Pioneers game. Is it too much to ask some of the Bendigo players recognise Cody is probably their best/most dangerous player and they should make more of an effort to use him when he’s in space? He shouldn’t have to win every possession.

In the past 4 years, over 11,000 Australian construction companies became insolvent, causing 200,000–300,000 direct job losses and thousands more sidelined by project halts. In other words, Labor killed the Australian private building industry and is now replacing it with unskilled Indian workers they will teach to build Danish “green housing”—flat-pack homes made from “sustainable materials” that last 25–40 years, shipped here by boat all the way from Denmark via the Suez Canal and East Africa. Because using our own wood is not good for the planet. Chalmers is an idiot

Today the independent Reserve Bank Monetary Policy Board increased the cash rate by 25 basis points. We already had an inflation challenge in our economy but the war in the Middle East is making this challenge worse. At a time of immense global instability, this will put even more pressure on families and businesses. Many Australians were already doing it tough and are now feeling the impact of conflict in the Middle East through higher petrol prices as well. That’s why we’re rolling out responsible cost of living relief and taking action to give consumers a fair go at the bowser, through higher penalties, more surveillance and more supply.
