@Matalan absolutely awful customer service!! Ordered two cushions online showing on @_evride1ivery as out for delivery since 13th March. Extremely frustrating poor customer service communications can only offer me a refund unable to send out replacement items

The issue is I want to order a jacket online (for the offer), it says on the jacket tag it is available online, but its not online.
@Matalan can you explain why a suit jacket that says available online on its tag is not available online, therefore not applicable for an online discount? Waistcoat and trousers are online.

@Matalan Why offer free delivery when after putting a code in you still charge 0.04p? I know it's only 4p but surely free delivery should mean free! I even checked the T&C's and as long as the spend was at least £19.99 it should have been free 🙃

@Matalan could you explain this - 2 throws, both same size but one you class as large and one as X-Large - one is £12 and one is £18 - but technically it’s the same throw just different colours ??
