@Matalan bought my daughter some shoes from yourselves in size 12. She says oh these feel weird. I thought no more of it until I look underneath after removing the tags and they are a size 11 on the sole but say 12 inside!

@Matalan cancelled my order claiming "stock issues," only for me to find the item back online minutes later at a higher price. They clearly value a few extra pounds over customer satisfaction and basic integrity. Horrible experience and very sneaky behavior.

@Matalan No it isn’t. That postcode is not in the royal Mail system so I cannot purchase the postage, unless I want to send it to a school! The postcode in the Royal Mail system, by which our UK postal system works on is BD12 7BZ. How do I purchase postage label if postcode unrecognised ?

@Matalan Need to return items via Royal Mail (at my cost). Your postal address details are not in RM system, tried to call CS - useless!! Do I use the real return address as per RM BD12 7AZ or the incorrect one on your invoice & website BD12 7EZ?
