Some are shocked that I put Renew and the EPP above the left. The truth is I’m a Eurofederalist first, then I’m a leftist. None of these 2 are interchangeable but I’ve been a Eurofederalist for around 5 years now while leftism hasn’t followed me for that long.

@matas_eu @Alejandro_SocEU First I am German, then European. German law should take precedence over European law. This is a point of view among all right-wing parties in Europe. Now the only question is who will prevail.

After the disgraceful acts of removing European flags by Front National mayors in France, I hope we won’t see so-called “pro-European” right-wingers claiming that a Bardella presidency would be just normal conservatism or anything along those lines 🤢

@matas_eu @Alejandro_SocEU It is a state? It's a state, like Texas, California, and Wisconsin. It has its own rights, its own identity. The EU is an organization, and a shared identity is only partially a reality. But regardless, the French voters will soon decide.

@BIforPeace @PM_ViktorOrban Yeah, but we shouldn’t forget: 16,000 Vietnamese, 25,000 Chinese, 12,000 Filipinos, 8,000 Indians, and so on. It’s nothing new, all EU countries from my own - Lithuania, to Hungary or Romania are importing immigrants from third world countries.

@SozialPatriot_ @Alejandro_SocEU Let’s not play dumb, the removal of EU flags is an obvious display of stance. Well, it might be reversed if the far-right and far-left, like they always love to do, were to unite.

@matas_eu @Alejandro_SocEU That's not true, several mayors of the RN have already done it. As I said, the question of whether or not to hang the EU flag in the homeland has nothing to do with the stance on the EU. Hopefully, the law will be abolished soon, with new majority conditions.

@SozialPatriot_ @Alejandro_SocEU It is a law, and out of thousands of municipalities, only a single mayor removed the EU flag, which is also hilarious, knowing that his company received 300k euros in EU subsidies. It pretty much sums up the whole situation. It’s called populism, a sign of idiotism.

@matas_eu @Alejandro_SocEU Not in all citys, and even if, who cares? The voters elected mayors from the RN, and now the RN is simply implementing the policies it promised. That's good.

@Alejandro_SocEU In France, only the French flag should hang, that's the right thing to do. This says nothing about the stance towards the EU, but rather about the stance towards the own homeland.
