This is "Organized Madness," an unreleased Kendrick song featuring Bilal and background vocals by Lalah Hathaway.
Allegedly recorded in July 2014 during the "To Pimp A Butterfly" sessions, some of its lyrics were later re-used on various "TPAB" tracks.
