@materialchild And even asides that, it is easy to say pack your hair when its straightened or relaxed, full 4c hairs are not easy to just pack. Sometimes, bearers suffer migraines & headaches from packing it just to FIT IN. Why are people being punished for having an unprocessed 4c hair?

Gosh. That is the problem. Your natural hair that grows out of your hair shouldn't be termed unkept. They allow wigs but natural hair and locs is where they draw the line?
PS: I am talking about unkept in the context of non conformism to institutional dictates.
