Lerutle was the one who genuinely approached me and told me that he loves my work of exposing corruption in Ekurhuleni. He then said that now he’s in charge but he knows that I’m not funded like News24. Lerutle paid for my legal fees against Doctor Xhakaza and the City, because he said I must continue exposing corruption. We met at Dainfern Zor, drinking tequila.
