@tfwrail Sorry to sound frustrated Ned but the service is not improving. Trains cancelled today, some over an hour late, your newer trains doing short haul and older ones doing 4 hour trips they’re not designed for, overcrowded. New trains won’t solve all these issues

@mathewsmith1 Hi Mathew, I can understanding that travelling in hot weather can become uncomfortable. Some of our older trains don’t have air conditioning as they were built at a time when it wasn’t common in the UK. We’re continuing to bring in newer, better trains on all our routes ^Ned

@tfwrail services today particularly poor. Loads of cancellations and trains late through Cwmbran. 2:15 to Manchester late, two carriages only so everybody standing, train is ancient and not fit for long journeys and no Aircon despite heat. Service going backwards.

@tfwrail why does the 21:55 CDF - Crewe depart 19 minutes late? On the platform before 21:55 but stuck behind the 22:00 CDF - Bristol Temple Meads. Even after it departs, takes another 14 minutes to leave. Service not improving.
