What concerns me more than the height of peaks at this new point in SARS-CoV-2 variant evolution is the non-low of the troughs. In fact, every Omicron *low* has been higher than the Delta *peak*. This means a sustained pressure on an already exhausted healthcare system.

Disappointed but not surprised to see two writers in @TorontoStar soft pedaling @fordnation's explicit assault on public healthcare. This not "an interesting idea" or "a possible solution" it is a textbook move to create two tiers of health services in Ontario, that is the goal.
