@EmilyHoli13 I am sorry this happened to you. My pastor always starts his seminar with "When we hear the sounds of children"and the congregation we repeats "we say praise be to God there are children in the church." As mom with two little boys I always appreciate it.

I just had a 50-something woman come up to me and tell me that my 2 yo’s “loud behavior ruined her only quiet hour of the day.”
I’m really serious when I say I need some COMEBACKS AT THE READY that don’t include the F-word. parents, halp.

@DrBennison I am a statistical analyst for an insurance company, doing mostly data reporting. I work from home which I love. It's been a positive change. I picked up tutoring on the side so I still get to do some of the things I loved about teaching.

@mathwithmsvogel Didn’t realise you had stopped teaching. What are you up to now? Hope it is going well ;)

@mathwithmsvogel I’m so sad to hear this. My kids really enjoyed having you as a teacher!

@stogdill4ed Still figuring it out. I have a 2nd interview with a company to work remotely as a statistical analyst. I am reading Ken Coleman's book From Paycheck to Purpose. I found the 2nd chapter helpful to identify my talents, passions and mission then looking for careers that fit those

@mathwithmsvogel What are you going to do now? I feel like so many of us are in the same boat.
