First time in over 50 years following @BristolCity I left at half time
Not proud of that at all but I’ve really had enough and will not be renewing my season ticket
Gutted
But I really cannot deal with this shit anymore
My son’s been to 6 City games now, and hasn’t seen us lose yet! Lucky charm!
Very good result, another stadium ticked off the list, and a great day out 💪
The jigsaw puzzle of player and position selection remains unsolved… back to basics of playing players in their correct position and not shoe horning for me… average player rating predictions…
@3PIAPC@talkclubcharity 4.84 @mathwivs recently called out Bergzorg for “glove wearing” but silent on Horvat’s mittens. As inconsistent as the team. This hypocrisy cannot continue.
City looked like a collection of players rather than team today… we gifted them a 2 goal lead and lacked the ability to beat the Coventry keeper… nice advert for the Talk Club Cup though…average player rating prediction?
@ELJones95@BristolCity Yeah after I stopped filming we had a go 😁 I dont like booing @ELJones95 but no way was i clapping that shit tonight. Dreadful I cannot tell you how bad that was watching live . Followed City for 41 years but right now im totally ashamed of that performance today
Just under 2000 @BristolCity fans have been served absolute shit show of a performance , slow boring safe football to watch. Could have played all night vs struggling league one still wouldn't have scored. Questions over players desire & mindset as well for me Struber tactics
Flatter than a pancake this morning, 3/10, can’t bring myself to even do the podcast… pretty dispondent with the game last night… will try again tomorrow morning… apologies all..
@ChrisBessex@mathwivs@KaiserBCFC_@TheExiledRobin@3PIAPC Yep, good point. Not saying you Math, but lots of players are judged on aesthetics, do they look good or not technically, rather than what they do. Ross McCrorie is uglier technically than Borges for example. Twine gets the reverse treatment, he’s too pretty. Beauty of opinions.
Great fun on @3PIAPC last night with Patch and @mathwivs.
Very enjoyable discussions including whether Tuesday night saw the single worst ever performance from a City player… a rating to debate!

@kpcider@TheExiledRobin@3PIAPC I think we all have mate 😂. I think it was more in the context of the game. It needed to stick up top and give the boys at the back some relief but it didn’t.
@mathwivs@TheExiledRobin@3PIAPC I’m yet to be convinced by him mate and still find it an odd signing/ situation but that’s a bit harsh for me. Seen some shockers over the years 😅
@KaiserBCFC_@FevsFootball@TheExiledRobin@3PIAPC@mathwivs As always when you sign someone midseason particularly someone that hasn’t been playing much you have to have a little patience. I’m not saying The Burg will come good, but we shouldn’t write him off after about a combined game of football.
@FevsFootball@TheExiledRobin@3PIAPC Yep and my two eyes at the ground thought he was dreadful. Body language and effort weren’t there Dave. In the way out must have heard at least a dozen fans say it was the worst that they had seen. I will have a look back but he doesn’t start tonight for me
@FevsFootball@TheExiledRobin@3PIAPC Dave believe me watching his runs off the ball and his press and attitude 100% as bad as anything I’ve seen. 2.5 was generous. Stats don’t always show a true reflection
@TheExiledRobin@3PIAPC@mathwivs Bloody ‘ell!! Burgzorg worse than Armstrong….nah. Armstrong was zero effort, Burgzorg held it up, won fouls, nicked a few balls.
But the worst bit is those bloody half marks. I can’t get past it! 😂😂😂
@TheExiledRobin@3PIAPC@mathwivs A great pod as always! never heard @mathwivs so irate over a player's performance before but it was an abysmal showing from Burgzorg and Armstrong on Tuesday. Can only hope Struber has told them both a few home truths!
Flashes of top football from City in the first half but once Atkinson left the field it all got a bit frantic and the second half was a tough watch… more injury woes BUT a big 3 points to keep hopes of the play offs alive… average player rating predictions?
@AnalysisBCFC@bristolcitylive the oldest truth in the book: you must put the ball in the back of the net. Swansea did, and we didn’t. On that basis, the Swans deserved the three points. End of story.
@bristolcitylive@mathwivs We deserved to lose the game. Forget XG or any other stats that might suggest a draw would have been fair. Borges headed it across our own 6 yard box for the easiest chance of the game. We had moments. But Swansea made it harder. Chances from angles or players in the way
🗣️ "Right now, #BristolCity look like a team hoping to make the play-offs, not one determined to..."
