We are saddened to learn of the passing of legendary DCC teacher and quiz bowl coach Howard Weinberg. Howard was the architect of DCC quiz bowl. Across his coaching career his teams won 1,904 games, 113 tournaments, and 2 national championships. Rest in peace, Mr. Weinberg.

Wednesday night, Divine Child hosted Mercy in girls lacrosse. A big part of this great night was the gentlemen highlighted here. Might be the DC AD, unsure, but he deserves recognition. He was an on the field public address announcer savant. Goals, assists, draw control, offical calls, he let everyone know. It was awesome.
