@UTAustin allows me to donate my accrued sick leave hours to colleagues, such as those dealing with illness or who have had a baby. Cool! But the donated hours get treated as taxable income and would result in me losing over $1K from my paycheck. Not cool. Not cool at all.

I disagree with the Supreme Court's majority #affirmativeaction opinion that race-conscious admission programs "require stereotyping." Promoting the compelling interest of diversity also means diversity *within racial and ethnic groups*!
