Hello, @TimVCarpenter, @AIRR_KC, @ElCentroInc, & @aclukansas. Something doesn't add up here. How is it that in a county where 50,000 residents speak a primary language other than English, and where 30% are Hispanic/Latino, the @KansasSOS can claim #WyandotteCounty doesn't have 5% with limited English proficiency? What standard defines "limited English proficiency" where counties with fewer voters can pass that standard, but #Wyandotte County cannot? Or is this a matter of SOS (or partisan) interpretation?
